So, you want to get published? Here's what to do, explained in under 7 mins!

I've been contacted a lot recently by lots of writers who have either a) an idea for a book they wish to write or b) a book completed, and their big question is, what do I need to do next? This is my brief advice on the various ways to get published. I really hope you find it useful (please ignore my glitchy editing as I tried to cut out where I waffled on!).
